When you use wordpress.org, you should install jetpack plugin because it is a plugin getting very many features from wordpress.com to wordpress.org when you connect to wordpress.com. But if you want to disconnect it, you just go to My Blog and click on disconnect. This is the place showing all your wordpress blogs.
